Thorough knowledge of Digital Marketing.
5-7 years of working experience in Digital Marketing Sales.
Experience working with Marketing + Technology decision-makers.
Experience in structuring, improvising, and implementing Sales Processes.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects which are in the Sales pipeline and closure stage.
In depth understanding of B2B sales domain.
Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire a portfolio of clients. This is a monthly, quarterly, and yearly target driven position, leading from the front and setting a high standard of performance.
You must be a quick and creative thinker having the capability of using a consultative selling approach while proposing the company’s digital solutions to its client.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expansion of our customer base.
Should improvise the existing Sales Process and make the necessary changes as required.
Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales to achieve targets on a regular basis.
Maintaining an accurate pipeline, account & territory plan and reporting to management on a regular basis.
Identify new business opportunities through different marketing channels such as Industry Events, Association, Social Media, etc.
Maintaining a strong relationship with existing as well as prospective customers.
A go-getter who is ready to work individually and along with the team.
Working closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders to prepare an effective go-to-market strategy.
Making Power Point Presentations, Writing Proposals, deciding costing, and negotiations.
Expertise in different sales tactics and strategies in order to close the deal while maintaining sales ethics.
Previous working experience among the B2B and B2C segment.
Have a sound technical knowledge of digital marketing practices including web/ app development,designing,content,creatives and analytics.
He / she should understand project requirements and prepare high-level proposals, pre-sales discussions, negotiation, closing the sale, and handing over the client to the operations team.
Able to propose project budgeting to the client to avoid or limit scope creep.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to assess problems, and come up with practical solutions.
Ability to position Alpha Media against competitors.
Excellent listening, verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
